You’ll have your first consultation and become familiarized with Casanova Custom Homes and how we operate. We’ll take a look at your budget together, begin to explore floor plans, land plots and most importantly hear from you. What are your likes and dislikes? What is your vision for your home? Let’s make a plan
Now it’s time to lay out the details. Together we’ll create a preliminary plan with sketches, specifications, pricing, all while making sure we stay on track with your budget. You’ll get to choose every aspect of your new home.
Let’s finalize the details
Now that we’ve gone over every detail and finalized the unique design for your home, let’s make it official! You’ll sign a contract and we’ll set everything in motion to start the construction of your dream home.
Let’s start building
Let the building commence! We’ll break ground on your new home. But don’t worry - the process doesn’t end here. You’ll be in-the-know throughout every step construction. If you can’t visit the site, we’ll video call, send pictures and videos, and make sure you’re updated on every detail.

Can you believe it? The time is finally here to move into your brand new home. It wasn’t too hard was it? Our job is done and your job begins - it’s time to start filling your new home with unique memories and experiences.
